Vittorio La Piscopia

Supreme Court lawyer based in Pescara, specialised in corporate and contract law, pharmaceutical and healthcare law, and international trade law, with particular expertise in the biotech & healthcare sector — from industrial property to regulatory matters, from licensing to manufacturing and distribution agreements, through to assistance in obtaining MA authorisations. He has significant experience in negotiating international OEM and ODM contracts for industrial automation and pharmaceutical manufacturing, drafting shareholders’ agreements, including through trusts, and structuring corporate governance models. A litigation expert with a focus on domestic and international arbitration, he headed the Litigation Department of Giancola Teti & Associati from 2006 and founded TL Pharma Consulting & Law Boutique in 2020, a legal boutique specialised in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. He has served as teaching assistant in Comparative Private Law and Private International Trade Law at the University of Teramo (2003).
