Stefano Teti

Born in Pescara, Italy, on 26 June 1969.

He graduated in Law from the University of Pisa in 1995 and is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading Italian and international law firms, including Bonelli Erede Pappalardo’s Brussels office (Belgium), where he focused on EU competition law (2001–2002), before co-founding Lexacta – Global Legal Advice in Milan in 2017.

He specializes in contract and corporate law, banking & finance, real estate, and business restructuring and insolvency. He has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate governance, and litigation as well as out-of-court legal assistance.

Since February 2026, he has been a Founding Partner of MADV – Global Advice, where he primarily practices from the firm’s Pescara office.
