Graduated in Law from the University of Pisa, with a thesis on non-bank financial intermediaries, anti-money laundering and usury.
2001–2002
Worked with Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in Brussels, dealing with EU and national antitrust and merger control matters. Since 2002, he has been involved in securitisation transactions within the finance department in Rome.
2003
Attended ICAMS in Madeira, focusing on international tax planning and business restructuring. Since 2004, he has assisted clients in litigation and non-litigation matters in corporate, contractual, real estate, banking and finance law.
2005
Founded Studio Legale Giancola Teti & Associati in Pescara.
2017
Founded Studio Lexacta – Global Legal Advice in Milan, as partner.
In 2025
he practised independently while maintaining his role as of counsel at Lexacta.
