Lawyer admitted to the Bari Bar since 1997, civil and international law practitioner, specialised in commercial and business law and in strategic advisory for high-profile Italian and foreign clients.

Lecturer in master’s programmes in commercial law; thirty years of experience in business crisis management, with fiduciary appointments by Italian courts in insolvency matters.

He works in Italy and abroad on behalf of major international corporate groups and business associations, which he represents in Italy and internationally, and acts as legal advisor to foreign institutional clients and trusted counsel to governments in strategic regions such as Eurasia, China, the Gulf countries and BRICS countries, with an extensive network of relationships and the ability to navigate complex legal contexts at global level.
