Fabio Marazzi

Born in Milan, Italy, on April 9, 1963.

Graduated with honors in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan (Academic Year 1986/1987).

Earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law from the University of Leicester in 2003.

Completed a Master’s degree in Ethics and Bioethics at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

A legal professional with more than thirty years of experience in international commercial law, corporate finance, and regulatory strategy. Currently serves as Founding Partner of MADV – Multi Global Advice, focusing on the development of international professional networks and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Alongside professional practice, serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pavia, Franklin University Switzerland, and the University of Bergamo, teaching Innovation & Technology Law, Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions, and AI Ethics from a legal perspective.
