Born in Bergamo, Italy, on 17 August 1975.

Graduated in Law from the University of Milan. He is an attorney with an international legal career shaped by professional experience in the United Kingdom, where he obtained an LL.M. in European Law, as well as in Washington, D.C. (USA), working for a legal consulting firm collaborating with the World Bank. He subsequently gained significant experience within the Legal Department of PwC Milan. He is also admitted to practise law in Switzerland.
He specialises in international law, contract law, corporate law, litigation and Swiss law, with extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as judicial and out-of-court legal assistance.
