Webinar – Ukraine-Russia Crisis: How to Protect Your Business from Sanctions

BMV Law Tax Finance is pleased to announce that Professor Fabio Marazzi, Senior Managing Partner at BMV, and Professor Antonio Leandro, Counsel at BMV and Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, will participate as speakers in the webinar “Ukraine-Russia Crisis: How to Protect Your Business from Sanctions”, organised by ANIMA Confindustria.

Professor Marazzi will deliver a presentation entitled “The Impact of Sanctions on Contracts and Available Protective Measures.” Professor Leandro will discuss “The Russia-Ukraine Conflict: Sanctions and Countermeasures.”

Among the speakers will also be Michael J. Lowell, President of the Global Regulatory Enforcement Group and member of the Global Leadership Team at Reed Smith, presenting “Secondary US Actions: Precautions to Be Applied When Doing Business in Both the American and Russian Markets.”
