Webinar – Doing Business Abroad: How to Protect Yourself from Sanctions Related to the Ukraine-Russia Crisis
Marazzi & Associati, founding member of BMV Law Tax Finance, is pleased to announce that Professor Fabio Marazzi, Senior Managing Partner at BMV, and Professor Antonio Leandro, Of Counsel at BMV and Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, will participate as speakers in the webinar “Doing Business Abroad: How to Protect Yourself from Sanctions Related to the Ukraine-Russia Crisis”, organised by Confindustria Cuneo.
Professor Marazzi will present on “The Impact of Sanctions on Contracts and Available Protective Measures,” while Professor Leandro will discuss “Sanctions and Countermeasures in the Context of the Russia-Ukraine Conflict.”
The webinar will take place on Tuesday, 19 April, at 4:00 PM and will also feature Michael K. Lowell, member of Reed Smith’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group and Global Leadership Team, presenting “Navigating US Sanctions on Russia.”
