Requirements and Benefits of Innovative Startups and SMEs – Master’s Lecture
A summary of the lecture delivered by Nicolò Ghibellini as part of the “Legal Tech Expert” Master’s programme organised by 24ORE Business School in partnership with 4cLegal, focusing on innovative startups and innovative SMEs.
The primary objective of the session was to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of these two types of companies and the requirements necessary to qualify as innovative enterprises.
The lecture then examined the legal framework and the conditions required to benefit from the tax incentives available to innovative startups and SMEs.
