Marco Fasan Publishes an Article in the Journal of Chartered Accountants
We are pleased to announce that Professor Marco Fasan, Of Counsel at BMV and Associate Professor of Business Administration at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, has recently published an article in the Journal of Chartered Accountants entitled “Quantifying Damages Arising from the Improper Continuation of Business Activities: The Net Asset Method Based on Economic Capital Configuration.”
The article “reviews the evolution of methods for estimating damages resulting from the improper continuation of corporate activities following the occurrence of a dissolution event and proposes a broader application of the net asset method, capable of fully reflecting the damage suffered by corporate assets due to the director’s inaction.”
