BMV to Take Part in the Sustainability Convention

BMV International – Law Tax Finance will play a leading role in the second edition of the Sustainability Convention in the Legal Market organised by 4cLegal. Riccardo Samiolo, Managing Director of BMV, will participate as a speaker on ESG factors in M&A transactions.

Avv. Maura Magni, Founding Partner of BMV, introduces the topic in a short video created for the 4cLegal TAD Series, explaining why ESG factors have become so important in the legal market.
