Lawyer with over thirty years of experience in international and business law, specialising in life sciences and biotechnology. He leads commercial, financial and regulatory legal strategies in cross-border M&A transactions, mergers, acquisitions and international compliance. Lecturer at the University of Pavia (Innovation and Technology Law), Franklin University Switzerland (cross-border M&A) and the University of Bergamo (Artificial Intelligence and Legal Ethics), he combines strong academic engagement with roles on boards of directors and supervisory bodies. A member of leading international bar associations (American Bar Association, International Bar Association, UIA – where he chairs the Biotechnology Committee) and Fellow of Chatham House, he is also a member of the Council for Italy-United States Relations and of the Jewish Economic Forum. Founding member of the Honorary Committee of the Gran Teatro La Fenice in Venice, he is a leading figure in the international legal landscape for the integration of law, innovation and institutional relations.
