Our Vision The complexities of doing business – further accelerated today by the speed of technological development – make it increasingly difficult to understand the best course to follow. In this scenario, businesses need a fixed point, a “North Star” to guide their journey and make them competitive while ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. It is from this awareness that MADV Global Advice – a professional Alliance, with the support of MADV Lex, was created. Not just advisory, but an ally capable of guiding businesses through transformation, combining established professional expertise with new tools, through an approach that brings together innovation, growth and technology: from mapping innovation within the company, to transforming an innovative idea into a product or service, through to the development and identification of tools, including financial instruments, to support this process, while also training the people working within the company through innovative methodologies, including, but not limited to, these processes. The Model On these foundations, MADV builds a distinctive model that integrates the protection of legal and regulatory aspects, at national and international level, with a new trajectory developed along four lines of action, each led by a structure that shares the spirit and values of the project. 01 Through N.EX.T., MADV designs and offers training programs that place the individual and the company as an organized community at the center. In contexts of increasing value-based, regulatory, technological and market complexity, technical training alone is no longer enough, because errors are often not generated by a lack of tools, but by the fragility of decision-making, relational and ethical processes. Our goal is to offer not only motivational training or individual coaching, but genuine cognitive and organizational development tools capable of developing awareness, responsibility, judgment, conflict management and the quality of relationships. We use philosophical tools updated in real time in line with academic research, in a concrete and applied way, as levers for cognitive enhancement to prevent decision-making errors, reduce human risk, strengthen managerial responsibility, synthesize different perspectives and anticipate trends by being the first to ask the right questions. 02 AI is neither a trend nor a “technical” matter to be delegated: it is a strategic lever that must be governed. Through Marco Tausel and his initiative Synthesight, MADV helps businesses identify use cases that create value, select appropriate tools, integrate AI into processes and support its adoption, with attention to governance, impacts and responsibilities. Because technology must enhance a company’s capabilities, not diminish the centrality of people. Synthesight makes real-world simulation the new standard for high-risk decisions, replacing guesswork with high-fidelity predictive models, creating “Digital Twins” of entire populations to test products and strategies in just a few days, revealing not only “what” will happen, but above all the “why” behind each behavior. 03 The ability to interpret market signals and development trends, anticipating growth trajectories, requires analysis and in-depth knowledge of territories and their value chains, as well as continuous and precise mapping of subsidized and ordinary finance opportunities. Through its collaboration with Futuritaly, a strategic consulting firm operating between the public and private sectors, MADV is able to stand alongside companies as a strategic partner in the development and strengthening of their business through a portfolio of synergistic services aimed at combining strategic vision with analytical decision-making tools (business intelligence, financial levers), supporting business competitiveness through the enhancement and strengthening of managerial skills (upskilling and reskilling) and the creation and reinforcement of professional, institutional and commercial networks (stakeholder engagement). 04 In many companies, innovation already exists, but it remains unseen: untracked ideas, informal practices, effective procedures that never become a method. MADV, in collaboration with ITIR – a multidisciplinary research center at the University of Pavia – supports companies in mapping these often undetectable indicators, tracking tangible ideas and practices, consolidating them into processes and making them replicable. In this way, innovation is no longer accidental or unknown, but becomes a competitive advantage. Legal Areas The four lines of action are implemented in full compliance with the local, national, EU and international regulations applicable from time to time in the relevant legal sectors, including, in particular, international business law, competition law, corporate criminal law, environmental law, innovation, cognitive and organizational development, the impact of AI and technologies, growth strategies and market positioning, employment law, pre-litigation and national and international litigation, protection of corporate assets and generational transition management, domestic extraordinary transactions and cross-border M&A. Technology and innovation come together with professional advisory
MADV was born from the collaboration of several multidisciplinary professionals who share consolidated knowledge of organizational dynamics, financial and sustainable development levers, and the legal areas most decisive for business success.
