Profile

Lawyer with an international profile in Innovation & Technology Law, compliance and contracts, graduated in International Law from the University of Pavia (Collegio Nuovo – Fond. Mattei), with an Executive MBA in digital innovation, a master’s degree in data protection and a master’s degree in online contracts. Lecturer at the University of Bergamo (Private Law) and Università Cattolica (Communication Law), and tutor for the Master in International Business Entrepreneurship in Pavia, she was awarded a scholarship in Brussels as part of the “Women in Public Services” project promoted by Hillary Clinton. Member of the Ethics Committee of the National Authority for AI (ENIA) and advisor on AI and new technologies for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai, she is a speaker in 2025 in academic and institutional contexts on legal prompting, AI compliance and GDPR/AI Act. Her professional practice focuses on the negotiation and drafting of cross-border agreements and the management of transactions in the new technologies sector.
