Nicola Perrotti

Supreme Court lawyer admitted to the Bar since 2003, graduated with honours in Law from the University of Brescia. For over twenty years, he has served as ongoing legal counsel to Beretta Holding S.p.A. and the main Italian companies of the Group, including Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta, Benelli Armi and Uberti, with expertise in international contracts, M&A, product liability, trademark protection and compliance under Legislative Decree 231/2001. Since 2008, he has continuously served as Chair of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 at several companies of the Beretta Group, and was Standing Auditor of Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta from 2005 to 2008. He has held important institutional positions in the sector, including President of ANPAM (2009–2015), CNCN (2015–2018) and IEACS (2021–2023), and is currently Chair of the Environment Committee of the WFSA. Fluent in legal English (Cambridge C1), he is a strategic reference point for international industrial groups operating in highly regulated sectors.
