Edoardo Marazzi

Lawyer admitted to practise since 2019 in the district of the Court of Appeal of Brescia, graduated in Law from Università Cattolica with a thesis in corporate law and specialised in corporate acquisitions (University of Milan, 2020). He practises in litigation and advisory work in civil, commercial and compliance matters, with expertise in corporate law, contracts, cross-border M&A, industrial law and Organisational Models under Legislative Decree 231/2001. He has collaborated with Lexacta since 2025 and previously with MADV Lex, also gaining experience in criminal litigation at Studio Silvestri in Milan. He holds roles as member and Chair of Supervisory Bodies. He works from Bergamo and is fluent in Italian, English and French.
