Lawyer admitted to the Bar since 2004, graduated in Law in 2001 and also experienced in notarial practice. He founded MCM Studio Legale Associato in 2005, Lexacta Global Legal Advice in 2019, which grew to more than 60 collaborators and 5 million in turnover, and WE-BRIDGE Tax Legal Compliance in 2024, a multidisciplinary 360-degree boutique for businesses. Specialised in national and international business contracts, extraordinary transactions, corporate compliance (ESG, Privacy, 231, NIS2, whistleblowing, gender equality) and civil litigation, he assists companies and private clients both before the courts and in ADR procedures throughout Italy. He is qualified as an over-indebtedness crisis manager (2017), certified Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant (Federprivacy/Wolters Kluwer, 2018), and since 2018 has served as a court-appointed professional delegated to sales at the Court of Milan in enforcement and insolvency proceedings. He also holds positions on boards of directors of limited companies, offering an integrated legal vision focused on risk prevention and structured business growth.
