Helga Zanotti Discusses the European Commission’s Proposed AI Regulation

Helga Zanotti, Of Counsel at BMV, has written an article for Diritto dell’Informazione discussing the European Commission’s proposed regulation on Artificial Intelligence.

The article, entitled “Artificial Intelligence: The European Commission’s Steps Towards a Resilient Legal Framework”, examines the delay in the approval of the proposed regulation, despite the fact that artificial intelligence is already an essential component of modern society and an increasingly unavoidable reality. “From commerce to finance, from healthcare to agriculture, the transformation is disruptive and unstoppable,” writes Ms. Zanotti.
