Fabio Marazzi, Senior Managing Partner of BMV, and Andrea Noris, Senior Associate of BMV, will deliver a presentation entitled: “Visa Applications for the Transfer of Skilled Personnel to the United States and Visa Applications for the Assignment of Technicians.” Among the speakers will also be Avv. Alessandro Vannini, who will discuss “Tax Aspects of Personnel Transfers from Italy to the United States.”
