BMV Law Tax Finance Advises Donau Carbon Technologies on Its Sale to the Babcock Wanson Group

BMV Law Tax Finance advised Donau Carbon Technologies S.r.l. on all legal, corporate and regulatory aspects of its sale to Aldebaran BW, a French company belonging to the Babcock Wanson Group.

Donau Carbon Technologies operates in the air treatment sector, providing solvent recovery systems and thermal oxidation plants for the destruction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The company is a global market leader and offers a comprehensive range of environmental solutions designed to help clients comply with increasingly stringent emissions regulations concerning solvents and VOCs.
